“Creative Moments” is a forum for the expression of musical ideas and inspirational moments. It is not limited to my personal experience, but also includes applications of my compositions by people who enjoy my tunes.
Chef Tony Miniciello at the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver incorporated my vocal tune “Cozy Sizzle” into a demonstration of cooking steak on their new website “The Northwest Method” (https://thenorthwestmethod.com/).
“Cozy Sizzle” was the only vocal tune recorded on my 1st album STEP UP. I wrote it as an expressive and humours take on my cooking experiences during a fundamentals course at the academy.
